ExploreSims is designed so the core simulation experience works without an account, application database or server-side learner profile.
The site may use browser-local technologies such as localStorage, Cache Storage and the Service Worker cache for preferences, offline support and shareable simulation behavior. This data stays in the browser unless a browser or platform feature explicitly sends it elsewhere.
Canonical non-embed pages may load Google Analytics 4 after the initial page experience or a user interaction. Dedicated embed pages intentionally do not load the analytics runtime. Analytics can receive standard technical information such as page URL, device/browser information and referral data according to Google’s service behavior and the visitor’s browser settings.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the static site. As with normal web hosting and security services, Cloudflare may process request and security telemetry needed to deliver the site and mitigate abuse.
ExploreSims does not require a learner account and does not operate a database of learner profiles. The project does not sell visitor data.
Visitors can clear ExploreSims site data in their browser, block analytics scripts, disable JavaScript or use browser privacy controls. Disabling JavaScript will prevent the interactive simulations from running.
